Andrew began his organizing work fundraising for an environmental group in Michigan to fight power plant pollution, and later worked as staff on state legislature and congressional campaigns. He started working for The Outreach Team in 2016 in New York, first recruiting canvassers and later working with organizations doing voter registration. Andrew currently works in the People Department at The Outreach Team as a Payroll Director, overseeing all payroll at the company. He lives in Baltimore, Maryland with his partner Kara and his dog Ollie.
